pre made inlay

02/01/2008 10:29 AM bwoodhack

I just bought the Rikon 14" deluxe bandsaw in NH so no shipping, no taxes and they had a special with 10% off. I have never resawed but it cut smoothly and accurately through 12 inches of mahagony. I'm psyched. That takes me to inlay. In the past I bought some at Dover inlay on line and I'm thinking of cheesing out again. Any suggestions on doing it myself or where to get the holly or ebony. This would be a good class topic. How is the new shop going? Are you pumped for Sunday?
