We have a gas Regency convection wall oven and have had trouble with it. The other day we had a lightning strike which took out the electronics. We would like to turn it into a manual oven. Is this possible? Can anyone help us do this?
As far as I know, Regency is out of business. Parts are expensive. The company now tasked with helping folks with their Regency appliances are a good lot up against a difficult problem. They've been good to us over the 7 or so years we've had the oven. I fear this failure, though, kills the oven unless we can convert it.
