How do you get the thing out...have removed two top screws from above cupboard. But microwave still will not budge...

That will depend on the make and model of appliance in question. I suggest you get that information and then see if the installation instructions for it are are available at the manufacturer's web site for download. Once you know how it went in, you should be able to figure out how to remove it?
