1290 Sq ft 4bd/2ba built in 1980 gas/elec. What is an avg ball park figure if the whole property needs to be replumbed? I am a real-estate investor and do not want to be ripped off.

I just finished an apartment in Manhattan two bathrooms and I only charged $290,000 and the kitchen went for $83,700.

One thing about ball park figures they normally go out to left field.
If I called a car dealer and asked HOW MUCH FOR A CAR I do believe they would ask what kind of car?

If I called a real estate broker and asked how much for a condo, coop or home I am sure they would ask what area.

If someone is actually in the field of real estate etc they might give some expamples like is the house on well or city water what type of drainage and water supply piping they are looking for ARE they looking for as cheap as possible like a steel tub rather then Americast or Cast Iron.

Is the gas piping schedule 40 black pipe and if so what diameter and how many appliances are going to be connected.

What local codes are being followed.

To be on the safe side give yourself a budget not to exceed 1.6 million with
