how do i buy or add a 16 x 20 room addition to a single wide mobile home or mfg. home?

I found this site on the web - www.addonrooms.com - but they only service four states. Unfortunately, Texas is not one of them. We had a local contractor add a dining room to our mobile home. We are wanting to extend the living room and add two bedrooms, but I can't find a pre-fab anywhere in our area and I'm worried about issues concerning insurance if we add on the old fashioned way.
