That should do it with these exceptions, You don't need the layer of tarpaper under a rubber roof. The EPDM gets glued directly to the plywood sheathing. And you need 3/4" thick plywood sheathing T&G instead of 1/2" Movement in the 1/2" as it deflects will stress the roofing material. |
