ok this is real rough eli will have to clean it up...but here goes the stock is made of 2 pieces of stock 4 1/2 "x1 3/4" 7/8 or 3/4 thick...they are cut into an L like shape so you have a fence 1/2" round over the plan view on the bottom..drill a couple of holes...bolt it together....you got to get a piece of steel ...a band saw blade is cool or a jig saw blade...whatevr you have kicken around you can file a point into......make a point the thickness of your banding and long enough to make a decent groove....place the cutter 3/16" away from the fence ..and tighten the bolts...and you got it...just pratice a bit...i am sure the pics will make more sense than me....the lines and the colored in parts is where i need to change the 1 i got....
