solid wood florring

12/28/2005 11:57 AM Looking4Help

I have been considering installing a 3/4 tongue and groove hardwood (rosewood) floor over a 3/4 plywood subfloor and am unsure about my options. The flooring is prefinished, so I don't want to face nail any of the boards. I was thinking about floating the floor but it seems that no one recommends doing that and I am not sure why. Any help would be great.
