squeaky bedframe

I have a amish made oak bedframe.. everytime you roll over it squeaks..loud..
is there anything I can put on the joints where it fits into the headboard and foot board to stop this disturbing squeak

If this is anything like the standard connection, http://images.rockler.com/rockler/images/38606-01-200.jpg , Get a few slivers of wood or veneer, grease them up with Vaseline, raise the rail and insert on both sides of the connectors.
