I got this new grinder as a gift. It is a Delta grinder; the right grinder for grinding, the left side for sharpening. The way my lawnmower blade is constructed, it would sharpen better for me if the sides were reversed (right side sharpening, left side grinding). Can I easily switch the two without compromising the effectiveness of the machinery? Thanks.

absolutely...both sides rotate at the same speed...so feel free to change it around so it is more comfortable to use...just make sure you balance that blade fefore you put it back on the mower
