Underlayment for tile roof

First, I doubt you could satisfactorily install with foam. it would only stick to the underlayment so the oinmly thing preventing wind from blowing it off is slight tack. added to that, the surface of the I&W is slick - too slick for grip for foam

screws will self seal in the I&W peel and stick

If you use both kinds of underlayment, use the peel'n'stick first. The older standard was two plies of 30# but the I&W is better
