There are simple tone tracers that are inexpensive, but they are limited to a few inches.
A Locator Company (they are the ones that you see makring the ground where there are underground utilities) can find it.
And some electricans will have locating equipment.
But it might be best to just abandon this cable and run a new one for the LV lighting.
LV lighting uses relatively high current so you might want to use a larger wire size and also to change the path, such as feeding it in the center or using multiple runs, so reduce the voltage drop.
Also it will be much easier to attach to the LV cable.
