wetapaintings

Hi, i am working on a floor that has asbestos tile, some edges are loose. i would like to use underlayment to fill the cracks and edges, then prime, paint and seal with either epoxy or polyurethane. my question is, is this a suitable way to, not only make a nice floor, but also to contain the dreaded asbestos? i prefer not to go into the removal of the asbestos, but if the house is put on the market will this result in de-valuing the home? thanks, Bill
