Hello all.
I will like to install some wood window shutters on hardiplank siding. Any special tools I need? Can I even do this? Not sure if the cement siding will hold the weight of the shutters. I've never dealt with cement siding (hardiplank) before. Please feel free to elaborate...I've never done this before and I'm not a very handy kind of guy.
