wireless lighting

I would like to install track lighting in my den. Is there a such thing as wireless track lighting?

No. This is ridiculous. Where would such lights get the power to light up?

Unless you mean those little round lights with a battery built into them, that are sold on TV infomercials for elderly people to put in closets, stairways, etc. (Everybody I know who has tried those has ended up unsatisfied with the cost.)

There are lights with wireless or portable remote controls, like for a TV, instead of a wired switch in the wall. Is that what you mean?
