Hi twbarman,
What you need is a ceiling fan balancing kit.You can find it at a local home improvement center.

Make certain that your fan is hanging perfectly straight. Take a folding ruler and place it on the ceiling and measure the distance from the high tip of the blade to the ceiling. Now rotate the fan, without moving the ruler, and check each blade in this manner. Use the same exact procedure with the low end of the fan. All of the blade ends should measure exactly the same. Any difference in measurement will cause the fan to wobble. If all of the measurements are the same and the fan still wobbles, then take Thomas M's advice.
