I just found out tonight my builder has changed windows from another brand, American something I think..., to MW Windows. I'm very concerned about this from what I read. Sadly I don't have the BRAND name anywhere in writing, just that they must be double hung, vinyl, double pane. What if any have you heard? Can I contact you directly?
