yurt roof reapirs

I contacted oregon yurtworks about the roof leaking issues. We shopped around for the most honest roofer we could find and He did fixes that they spelled out.

These fixes cost us about 1500 and while they stopped some of the issues the leaks came back along several hip roof areas that winter

The following year the roof leaked even worse and we had to do a complete tearoff and replace. several of the plywood underlayment and 2x4 beams were rotten and had to be replaced. The roofer estimated that the roof had been leaking since year 3-4 after the build. This is on the 30 year roof upgrade that yurtworks offers.

Since the reroof, the house has been dry weathertight and no staining, leaking or other issues.

the yurtworks fix $1500 or so.

The roofer fix about $5500-6000.

total spent $7000 or so out of pocket

calls to yurtworks about some sort of settlement just came to nothing.
