Bob takes us on a tour of the sights and sounds of the town of Marstons Mills, Massachusetts to visit our architect, Gordon Clark. We survey the lot, talk about "perc" testing, and see the preliminary work for building a new Cape Cod style house: clearing trees and stumping, excavating, and pouring the foundation.
