Coach House Project

Lighting and Flooring (HA0136)

An unusual "cobblewood" floor, developed by flooring specialist Birger Jewell, is laid in the coach house kitchen. Bob tours a beautifully-restored H.H. Richardson Victorian mansion, to get an idea of the grander side of Chicago life during the era of the coach house, with Carole Callahan, curator of the Glessner House Museum. Finally, we see a garage door and mechanical opener installed from a kit in our garage.
