Dream Garage and Boat Storage Project

Framing the Garage (HA0817)

Buy Show Video

Now that the garage slab is complete, Paul Pacella and the crew from Maine Post and Beam of Cape Cod get started on the framing. The truck arrives and drops the materials, which are sorted and cut to size using special techniques and tools particular to this style of building with its roots in yesteryear. We take a trip to Esty Lumber in Groveland, Massachusetts, where the materials are pre-cut to the specifications of each post-and-beam plan.
