Bob introduces the nine-unit Roxbury affordable housing project by taking a tour of this neighborhood in transition with the community-based developers from Nuestra Comunidad CDC. As is often the case in urban construction projects, soil decontamination is happening in tandem with the foundation excavation. At another project site we met Arnold Johnson and George Chin, the contractors on the job, and tour a unit that has already been framed.
