It's time for a brand new project, and Bob travels to Providence, RI's historic Elmwood neighborhood. Here, Bob talks with Mary Turkel and Bob Major of the Providence Preservation Cooperative about the changes taking place in this area. Next we'll meet Jane & Luke Driver, whose home is one of eleven smaller scale projects we'll tackle this season. A complete kitchen renovation is the focus here. Demolition gets started, along with some rough plumbing and electrical. Work on the new kitchen floor made from "reclaimed" pine is next on tap.
