A new sunroof and hot tub installation are the focus of Bob's next project here in Elmwood. Homeowners Peter Karczmar and Cathy Lund have one of the more eclectic homes in the neighborhood; often referred to as the "Castle" or "Haunted House" of Elmwood. Restoration contractor Joe Wagner has done a great deal of work in the sunroom to reinforce the deck above to allow it to support a brand new ThermoSpa hot tub. In addition to the new hot tub, Forester Moulding has created some reproductions of the original railings to put around the beautifully finished deck. The finishing touches include an outdoor sound system from sonance and some beautiful Pier 1 furniture.
