Dan Enright and the crew from Enright Carpentry are on location to continue with the first floor framing using weather-resistant engineered wood. In the basement, work gets underway pouring the concrete floor and installing a bulkhead entryway. Bob takes a side trip to the Cobb Hill Co-Housing Community in Hartland, Vermont. Mark Albee of Albee/O'Hara Construction joins Bob to talk about the co-housing concept and some of the environmentally friendly building techniques being used on this project.
