This time around, Bob will be dedicating the entire season to building a new center-entry Colonial-style home updated for 21st century living. First, we'll meet builder Lou Seminara to discuss the plans for the new home, and tour a comparable Colonial Seminara has recently completed. Bob visits the Winslow Crocker house, a 1790 example of colonial architecture on Cape Cod. Finally, the foundation is finished and wood framing is underway on site, and Bob Ryley and the crew are at work on the first floor deck and garage walls.
