The Miami kitchen takes shape as Bob creates a semi-custom look for the kitchen with cabinets and surfaces that are white with concealed hardware and edges to create a sleek look and enclose any off-gassing materials. Cabinets form the base for the unique shared dining peninsula. A U-shaped kitchen and dining area features a rounded counter that will serve as a stylish dining space. Kitchen cabinets are installed to bring style and convenience to the getaway kitchen, and specialty hardware is used to hang the cabinets above the refrigerator. The lavatory is updated with a new vanity and cabinets, while the bedroom shower is finished in vitrus glass tile. Bob shows how glass tile creates a luminous, liquid look that is made possible with a specially tinted tile grout that enhances the color and appearance of translucent tiles. The fluid look of glass tile will be complemented by the installation of a glass shower door.
