VHS and DVD Orders:
The staff of BobVila.com makes every effort to ship all product orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks time for orders placed via BobVila.com and note that some products may be shipped separately due to availability. If we determine an item cannot be shipped to you within thirty days of order you will be given the option to cancel. All orders are charged to your credit card upon shipment; Canadian orders must be paid in U.S. funds and will be charged appropriate shipping expenses.
