how would i go about painting a formica desk? do i sand and use primer?
Scuff sand the Formica surface with 120-180 grit sand paper. Next, I would recommend using a bonding primer over the Formica surface (proper adhesion is the key to successfully top-coating Formica). Suggest using the XIM - 400 White.
