Charges for the delivery of documents between lenders, escrow companies, and other parties of a real estate transaction.

Course
(1) The term used for each row of roofing material that forms the roofing or flashing system; (2) One of multiple layers materials applied to a surface. For example, a three-course flashing consists of a layer of mesh or other reinforcing material sandwiched between two layers roofing cement.

Court
(1) Enclosed place. An uncovered space, wholly or partially surrounded by buildings or walls is a courtyard. (2) Special section or area of a building, somewhat like a courtyard, but roofed with skylights. (3) A specially prepared quadrangular shaped space used for playing any of several ballgames.

Cove
A trim tile unit having one edge with a concave radius. A cove is used to form a junction between the bottom wall course and the floor or to form an inside corner.

Cove lighting
A lighting system comprised of light sources shielded by a ledge or recess, and distributing light over the ceiling and possibly the upper part of the wall.

Cove molding
Molding with a concave face, which is used to finish interior corners.

Covenant
A binding agreement made by two or more parties to either do or keep from doing a specified thing.

Covenants running with the land
Written agreement or guarantee annexed to the land, between two or more parties to do or not do something and is transferred to successive title holders.

Cover crop
A crop which is planted in the absence of the normal crop to control weeds and add humus to the soil when it is plowed in prior to regular planting. Buckwheat and winter rye are common cover crops.

Cover plate
A metal strip sometimes installed over the joint between formed metal pieces.
