Hold back
Portion of a construction loan withheld by a lender from a contractor until all construction work is satisfactorily completed or sufficient space is leased in a floor loan.
Hold down
A type of pipe anchor consisting of a U-strap bolted at either end onto a horizontal plate.
Hold down attachment
The hold down attachment can be used on both table and radial saws. It holds the workpiece down against the table surface and against the fence. This unit is highly recommended when using a dado head or a molding head.
