Potting on

Measure of the load pressure of one commodity on another. Atmospheric pressure at sea level is 14.696 psi with Fluid pressure (liquid & gas) being measured in terms of pounds per square inch absolute or pounds per square inch gauge.
Pounds per square inch absolute (psia)
Measurement of pressure as measured on a pressure gauge with the addition of atmospheric pressure, which is 14.696 at sea level, therefore, a pressure of 30 pounds per square inch gauge (psig) is equal to 44.696 pounds per square inch absolute (psia).

Fluid pressure (liquid and gas) as measured on a pressure gauge without the inclusion of atmospheric pressure.
Pour coat
The top coating of bitumen on a built-up roof.
Pourable sealer
A type of sealant that is initially in liquid form commonly used in conjunction with pitch pans to form a water-tight barrier around penetrations that are difficult to flash.
