Replace old washing machine hoses with stainless-steel ones to protect against leaks and deterioration.
Step 2: Turn off the water supply
Pull the washing machine away from the wall and turn off the water supply. The water shut-off valve is located between the two hoses on the wall or at the top of each supply hose.
Shut off the water supply using the valve located between the two hoses on the wall.

The water supply must be completely closed before you disconnect hoses. If there is any leaking water, shut off the main water supply until the project is complete.
