While roughing in the bathroom, Bob and George installed extra blocking to provide support for the grab bars which will be added later in the finish work. These stainless steel hand rails will be used throughout the bathroom to enhance safety and provide greater manuveurability.

The blocking consists of extra wide pieces of lumber installed in the wall where the various grab bars will be located. Attaching each end of the grab bar to this reinforced framing, insures a sturdy life-long installation.
