The layout of the Home Again's Season 13 Modern Colonial project house, designed by Jay Malaspino, has almost 3,500 square feet of finished space. The four bedroom, four bath house is built on a lot that slopes downward from the front entry to the backyard, allowing for the home's basement to double as walkout, light-filled living space. Additional useable space includes the 770-square-foot garage, and the 340-square-foot rear deck.
The home's entry is flanked by a formal dining room and a study, with a staircase leading to the second floor in the central hallway. The kitchen and breakfast area are easily accessible to the bonus sunroom and deck. The L-shaped kitchen locates appliances along two walls, with a rectangular island serving as an additional preparation area. Upstairs, the master suite, located over the garage, has both a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. Three additional bedrooms share two more baths, reducing the likelihood of early morning traffic jams.

First Floor
The home's first floor combines formal dining and study areas, with an open kitchen and breakfast area. A spacious family room has picturesque views on three sides. In the rear of the house, the sunroom opens to an elevated deck.

Second Floor
The second floor features a master suite complete with master bath and walk-in closet, and three additional bedrooms and two baths. Bonus attic space can be finished, or kept as an unheated storage area.
