When replacing light bulbs, always be sure to comply with the wattage limits of the lighting. Often times people will replace bulbs with whatever's on hand a hundred watt to replace a sixty for example. Over the course of just a year, your overloaded wiring can become brittle and burned out, causing a potentially dangerous situation.
