SpacePak® is a unique central cooling and heating system designed for simplified installation in residential or commercial properties where a traditional system isn't practical or desirable. SpacePak is ideal for "ductless" homes — older homes with limited space; historic properties where preservation of architectural details must be preserved; homes with baseboard hot water, steam radiators, or electric radiant heat; or new construction with in-floor radiant heat. SpacePak delivers 21st century comfort without unsightly registers, bulky ductwork, or costly remodeling.

SpacePak's narrow, flexible ductwork can be run inside closets or between walls and ceilings much like electrical wiring. This flexibility enables homeowners to heat and cool without compromising the open floor plans or architectural details. In the barn, SpacePak provides complete heating and cooling while maintaining the open, airy design of the artist’s studio. In addition, SpacePak enabled the homeowners to regain valuable space formerly occupied by the old baseboard heating system and restore some of the home’s beautiful ornamental woodwork.

Small air outlets about the size of a CD are the only visible component of the SpacePak system. Custom oak outlets that virtually disappear in the home’s wood floors deliver warmed or cooled air without drafts. Standard SpacePak outlets can be installed in the ceiling, walls, or floors and can be painted or wallpapered to match room decor.

The SpacePak system is also highly efficient, and removes up to 30 percent more moisture than traditional central air conditioning, providing cooler, drier air at a more efficient thermostat setting.
