Old School Renovation

My wife Ora and I have an all original rock band. We have procured an Old School in Esbon, Ks that we plan on turning into an entertainment center and home for us. We are hoping to join and help the small community grow. The building is 17000 square foot and was in need of many repairs just to keep the rain out. So we have started with a new roof and are now working our way down. For some of you that are looking to do this same rural type of renovation you should know that you will have a very hard time getting contractors that will do the work for you.
We are looking for professional help with this building.

The New Roof

Here is the top of our old school. We could see day light when looking up on the top floor. The new roof is a foam roof that only cost about 20 grand. A tar roof would cost about 30 grand and a new tin roof is about 60 grand. Ora and I are happy to have stopped the rain from coming in.

The Bath Room

We will be renovating the Boy's and Girl's bath rooms in to the guest bath and master bath on the lower floor of the old school.

The Gym

The gym is on the lower floor and will be turned in to our recreational place and recording studio.

The Stage!!!!!!

This is the auditorium. It will hold about 1000 people on the main floor and about 60 people in the loft.
Ora and I love this room the most.

8 Class Rooms

There is 8 class rooms that will be turned into bedrooms, Kitchens and living space.
