Restoration of a 1915 Craftsman Bungalow

We recently restored this 1915 Craftsman home from scratch . there was no lanscaping at all and teh house was painted white. We added back the enclosed porch that we found out about from some old photos a neighborh had. The restoration toofk two years. I had to recreate all teh interior woodwork which had been yanked out years ago. We added two master bath suites and a new kitchen.

Entry hall

We installed a new Mission style beveled glass door. All the woodwork is new including the tiled coatrack. Fortunately we has the original oak floors under carpet with their original finish.

Living room built in

The built ins and fireplace were long gone. I custom built the bookcases and added a fireplace. We added the stained glass windows as wel as all the wall trimwork and custom painted frieze.
