A few months ago, my wife asked me if I could remodel our kitchen for her thirty-fourth birthday! And well, I'll be the first to admit, I'm no Bob Vila, but I figured, how hard a job could it be? After all, I did take wood shop in high school and I did receive 'The Home Improvement (Season 1-8) Box Set' for my thirty-sixth birthday! Well, I'm happy to report, that last Thursday; after two trips to the emergency room, a half dozen splinters, seventeen trips to 'The Home Depot', several hundred visits to bobvilla.com, thirty-eight cases of bud light, and a $200 bribe to my younger brother for a little ( Ok, a lot!!!) help, I finally finished my wife's dream kitchen! Now, if I could only get my wife to use it (just kidding)!
