Do you remember what happened to Rome when the central core of the civilization stopped supporting the outside conquered / contributing lands on an equitable development structure (mostly because of gluttony)?

People are an asset, not a disposable commodity. To support that selfish ideology is to devolve into a self-destructive momentum, that has little to do with these problem kids.

The real awful truth about -any- kid is that, " if you don't provide something that they consider a challenge to themselves, they will create their own." They don't see a future -instinctively- (because of that opening statement), and they are dumping that social garbage, put upon them, back at the closest location to the generation of that garbage that they have, you.

The communities that make it through this short sighted management environment (on this SINGLE planet that we live on) that we are going through, will work into something like a Vista draft, where (regardless of the country in question) to become a citizen of that country (and vote, etc.) they will be required to spend 2-4 years in a army type of social structure rebuilding the infrastructure they are attempting to be a part of, (low cost housing, land reclamation for crops, water reclamation systems, learn the language, etc.)

This for the development of a pattern for globalization, where the US makes money for its citizens by exporting material (not money) to the point of terra formation & removal of the infuance of terrorist support.
