I just finished remodeling our downstairs bathroom and choose a light blue for the walls with chocolate brown towels, bath mat and shower curtain. I think the colors are contemporary and really give my outdated bathroom a lift, particularly because our budget dictated that we had to keep the older pale yellow tile.
