Trash on property is being cleaned up. Yard is being mowed and cleaned as well. Tenant moved out and inside is being cleaned. This home was purchased several years ago as an investment and at that time any and all repairs that were necessary were completed and the property was updated to great condition. The current tenant has given notice that they will be vacating the property on June, 30th 2009 and the owner has decided to sell the home. There will be pictures added after the tenant has moved out and we ask that showings be set for July 1st 2009 or later. This home offers a great living space and is ready to go.
