Hi, I'm a 3 year old home in need on new caretakers. My builders have had to make a change of plans and are very disappointed they will not be able to enjoy the fruits of their labor. I was built to be the dream home for retirement so I have only the best of the best. I may only have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but I'm warm and charming and did I say cute! Let's start with the exterior, I am a slab house that was pretreated to prevent those nasty subterranean termites. My slab is 6 inches tall. I am wood framed with 30 year vinyl siding, including the brick. I have a 30 + year composition roof and double paned low E windows all around. I have my own mound septic system, and have the Holiday Beach Water Company as the supplier. I do have some great trees oak and pine on my 4 lots. Now let's move to the interior; where you will see neat, clean and well done. Most of my flooring is of the highest grade of Prego, and the bedrooms have a Berber carpet and the bathrooms are tile squares. Lets move up from floor level to the cabinets and countertops. I have SOLID oak cabinets and solid core oak doors thru out the house. The folding doors in the bedrooms are solid as well. My counter tops are 12 granite tile of a neutral color (creamy beige & brown & white speckled). My guest bathroom has a walk-in shower with a seat and a pedestal sink and oak cabinets as well. My master-suite has a walk in shower, a single basin vanity set in an oak cabinet and a large above the sink mirror. The in house laundry room is located off the master bath, which also houses the water heater. I do not have central A/C or heat, but I am all prepared to receive them. There is a 220 outlet and a drain line in the laundry for the A/C-heating to be installed. I am easy to show and would like for you to visit at any time.
