This TV light is a glossy black ceramic,or pottery. Stands 13 in. tall. the base measures 6.5 x 5 1/4 in./ In working order. Perfect to use or display with a horse or western collection. There has been bubble that has burst in one eye as it feels a bit rough, You really have to feel it rather than see it.Nice accent piece.Unmarked, so maker is unknown.
