C.1930 Coal Miners Carbon Monoxide Tester with diploma from one Frank Vessel of Keewatin,Minnesota who was a coal mine first aid instructor and miner. The diploma itself is dated 1930 and the Carbon Monoxide Tester is from the same time period. The tester is complete with all the equipment and has the original leather carrying case.
