This is a vintage ice crusher with manual hand crank. Manufactured by the Dazey Corporation - St. Louis, MO. It is the Dazey Torpedo - model # 160. The top and handle is metal, the body heavy red plastic. It is in good working order, but has been used. There are no cracks on it. It is wall-mountable, however I do no have the wall bracket.
