Decanter Set with S/P Holder. Decanters have stain. One decanter has slight chip that is not noticeable. Holder may be silver, but I can not find the maker by the markings. Markings are English Script letters, " A,B,& C, 4 6 7, 3" handle is attached by old type screws. I have tried to show in pictures. Silverplate or silver is worn in places. Very nice set.
