Early SEG/PRP Bowl

This is a beautiful and rare decorated and larger Saturday Evening Girls/Paul Revere Pottery bowl, with a stylized floral design with a strong Arts and Crafts aesthetic. It is done in fine cuerda seca (or wax resist)and demonstrates the early use of colors of pale, gray and green/blue. This has been professionally and invisibly restored and would be a wonderful piece for the advanced collector. The Saturday Evening Girls and their Paul Revere Pottery were part of the settlement house movement in Boston in the early 1900's.
