Handsome Early 1800Â's Regency Crystal Chandelier. This is a petite chandelier in a cast bronze frame beautiful strung with prisms, having a cut glass top ring which the large crystals are strung. The bobeche are also cut crystal. The shades are elegant and deeply engraved. Apparently the former owner of this chandelier at one time may have lost one of the shades and it appears that one of the shades has been customarily made and is slightly different in size than the others but having the identical decoration. The chandelier was initially intended for candle and has now been fitted for electricity. This is a totally magnificent and rare chandelier they just donÂ't exist these days.
